  11. I find it helps me to stay motivated by doing at least 20-30 minutes of cardio a day; I'm toned, but needed to up my cardio, so 2013 is the year for me!

  19. Well I bought a treadmill and an exercise bike along with a punching bag LOL I've yet to use them in a week but they look nice sitting there.
