SOUND+SLEEP: Adaptive Sound Sleep Therapy System Full Size {Rafflecopter GIVEAWAY}

SOUND+SLEEP, Adaptive Sound Sleep Therapy System - BLACK FRIDAY IS COMING!!!  We have already reviewed the SOUND+SLEEP Nomad, the travel version, and now here's the review for its larger sibling.

I love the SOUND+SLEEP Nomad, but this one is even better for the home.  The speakers are larger which enables the music to fill a large room easily and it has additional SoundStories:  Fireplace, Train, City, and Meditation.  I love listening to the Fireplace SoundStory as the firewood crackles and the flames flare up.  It's as if I'm sleeping right next to a fireplace only without the potential fire hazard.

Before using the SOUND+SLEEP, it would take me at least 45 minutes to an hour to fall asleep as I tossed and turned in bed.  Now it takes me 5 minutes to fall asleep as my ears are filled with the relaxing sounds of the city, fireplace, train, meditation, ocean, rain, waterfall, meadow, brook, or white noise.  My mind journeys to the SoundStory location where my mind and body finds peace and I can't help but fall asleep immediately.  When I wake up in the morning I feel so refreshed and find myself having lots of energy to last throughout the day.

The speakers used in the SOUND+SLEEP Nomad are high quality especially on this larger version.  Sounds replicated are so crisp and realistic, when you close your eyes it's as if you are really there.  What makes this sound soother stand out from the rest is the "Adaptive" setting.  When turned on it senses surrounding noises and amplifies the SoundStory to ensure you hear the SoundStory and nothing else;  This is the #1 reason why this sound soother tops the rest.

The SOUND+SLEEP is so easy to use.  I love its simplicity.  There are only 7 buttons located in the front which controls power, display, volume, timer, adaptive, and richness and a large dial that select  the SoundStory of your choice.  Power and volume are self explanatory, but below shows what the other controls do:
  • Timer shuts off automatically in 30/60/90 minutes.
  • Display shuts off the LED lights for complete darkness.
  • SoundStory Dial toggles through the various sounds: city, fireplace, train, meditation, ocean, rain, waterfall, meadow, brook, and white noise
  • Adaptive feature listens to ambient noises and raises or lowers the volume to ensure you only hear the SoundStory you have selected
  • Richness allows a sounds to be dynamically mixed which avoids repetition and has 4 settings: High, Medium, Low, and Off.  The "High" setting allows for a complex SoundStory which adds other sounds such as a fog horn and the occasional barking sea lion in the ocean SoundStory and the lower the setting, the less complex the SoundStory is.
Other useful  features include a standard 3.5mm stereo headphone jack so you can listen to it with headphones or connect to an external sound system such as a home stereo, home theater, or computer add on speakers.

Bottom Line - If you desire a rich, peaceful sleep and want to wake up feeling refreshed, the SOUND+SLEEP Adaptive Sound Sleep Therapy System is just what you need!
