New York Style Bagel Crisps

We're always out snacking by the pool during the summer.  A favorite of ours is crackers and cheese, but we've found a new go-to snack that everyone loves.

The Original and Mini New York Style Bagel Crisps were great on their own and with cheese and dips.  Our favorite was the BBQ Mini Bagels Crisps.  The flavor was out of this world good.  My kids and hubby could not get enough of them.  I felt great knowing that these contain 50% less fat and 18% less calories than the leading potato chip.  They were even better than chips in my opinion.  I would reach for these any day over a bag of greasy chips.

We also tried the Roasted Garlic Bagel Crisps which are larger in size than the minis.  They were very flavorful too and went great with an herb dip we whipped up.

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 scallions, white and green parts, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, scallions, parsley, dill, salt and pepper in a bowl.  Blend with an electric mixer or by hand.  Serve at room temperature.
