Earthbound Farm: The Earthbound Cook & Product Vouchers {Rafflecopter GIVEAWAY}

After watching the video below, I feel great about eating organic and am proud of the choices I make.

Every day for lunch I make a massive, and I mean massive salad.  This not only keeps me super healthy, but  also keeps my waistline in check.

I was thrilled to try the Organic Romaine Hearts and Spring Mix from Earthbound Farm.  Both of these products were really fresh and tasted great.

You'll find a great source of vitamin A and folate in Earthbound Farm's Organic Romaine Hearts.  This delicious leafy green is packed full of lutein and zeaxanthin - antioxidants shown to promote good eye health and beta-carotene, which converts to vitamin A.

If you're pregnant or trying to become pregnant, romaine is an excellent essential nutrient as it provides 29% of the Daily Value for folate.

The Spring Mix from Earthbound Farm is a wonderful source of vitamin A, C and iron.  These antioxidants are shown to fight certain chronic diseases.

Did you know that lettuce currently ranks #11 on the Environmental Working Group's "Shopper's Guide to Pesticides in Produce," a list of items that have the greatest amount of pesticide residues?

When it comes to feeding myself and my family, the less pesticides the better.  I want real, certified organic food in my home.  Plus, they just taste better, too!

You can be sure Earthbound Farm's products have been grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.  This company has been growing organically since 1984.

The Earthbound Cook is a fabulous book that was also sent my way.  There are 250 recipes for delicious "real food" and tips for a healthy planet written by Earthbound Farm co-founder, Myra Goodman.

Inside you'll find gorgeous photography and excellent advice.  This is a cookbook and helpful reference book all rolled up into one.

I've already tried some of the recipes such as the heirloom lettuce salad with strawberries, walnuts and goat cheese and the yummy fish tacos with all the fixins.  There are recipes for easy to make salad dressings which I love.

Giveaway Time:  Earthbound Farm is generously giving one lucky reader The Earthbound Cook and a pack of coupons - two $1 off and two $5 off.
