Green Town Toys: The Citadel Giveaway

This giveaway is now closed.  Congratulations to the lucky winner - Erin Cook #22!

Here's a product that your kids will go crazy over - and it's good for the environment, too - you can't beat that.

The Citadel from Green Town Toys really great.  This is much larger than I had expected.  It measures  54.5” x 54.5” when fully assembled.  I quickly realized that I would need to find a bigger room to build this in.  If you have a playroom, this would work nicely.  The instructions were easy to follow.  In the beginning, I did make a wrong move, but I was able to fix that in no time.

In the description, it states assembles in minutes.  I wouldn't say it's a super fast process, but once you get the hang of it, it does seem easier as you progress.  It was easier to disassemble.  This structure is made from eco-friendly corrugated cardboard and is 100% recyclable.  Isn't that terrific?!?  Where were toys like this when I was a kid?

I would have loved to have this when my kids were toddlers.  Wowzers, they would have been in heaven!  My kids still had fun playing with The Citadel the night I put it all together.  I admit, the excitement for a 9 year old has worn off, but I know my daughter, who will be 7 in a couple days, will enjoy reading in it and playing inside.  The company does recommend this product for ages 4-8.  I think younger toddlers would adore it, too.  Retails for $44.99.

One lucky reader will win their very own Citadel!

Green Town Toys is also offering FREE SHIPPING through the month of April!

  37. From the very beginning each and every children's structure in our product line is constructed entirely of corrugated fiberboard that contains up to 42% recycled content and that has received certification from the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. As a result, the corrugated fiberboard that Green Town Toys uses is not only extraordinarily durable, but more importantly 100% recyclable.
