Pixi: Eye Bright Primer, Energy Blush & Vitamin Lip Silk Giveaway

I love trying out new cosmetics. It must be a girl thing. Isn't it nice to find a color or product that you really love?

Pixi sent me some of their products to try and I really enjoyed testing them out.

Their Vitamin Lip Silk comes in four different shades and left a very transparent color on my lips. I received their Amfinite, which on my lips, showed up as a very light nude color. It left a lot of shine with a hint of color.

If you're looking for something glossy, but very nude, this is a good choice. It does feel a bit thicker than the other lip glosses I normally use. This could be due to its ingredients.

Beneficial Ingredients and what they do:

1. Vitamins A & E: Anti aging ingredients.

2. Vitamin C: A natural antioxidant.

3. Beeswax: A natural emollient that “holds” pigment. 4. Silica: A natural mineral that provides an easy glide.

Another product I had the opportunity to try was their Energy Blush. It comes in three different color combinations.

I received their No.2 Pick-Me-Up Pink. It provides a cheek color and highlighter. This particular color combination is fresh and fun. It gave my cheeks a nice sparkle and brightened up my cheekbones.

Beneficial Ingredients and what they do:

1. Vitamin E: Nourishes skin and delays the aging process.

2. Silica: Skin conditioning and softening ingredient.

3. Carnauba Wax: Prevents the powder from ever looking cakey on the skin.

4. Titanium Dioxide: Natural mineral with SPF factor. 5. Ultramarines: Natural Mineral pigments that add luster and colour.

I do use a primer on my eyelids daily so finding a good one is well, a good thing. I find it definitely keeps my eye make-up in place throughout the day and provides a nice base for applying eye make-up on.

I really enjoyed using Pixi's Eye Bright Primer. This long lasting, crease-proof nude primer was a cinch to use. With just a few clicks of the wand, out it came on the applicator pad.

This primer is fragrance free, paraben free and contains no talc or wax. This will even out the skintone on the lid area and brighten tired eyes.
