One, Two, Tie My Shoe: Quick 5 Minute Shoe Tying Kit Giveaway

This giveaway is now closed. Thank you to all who entered. Congratulations to the lucky winner ~ giggling kids!

Quick 5 Minute Shoe Tying Kit

What Is It?

One, Two, Tie My Shoe (1,2,TMS) is a kit with instructions, illustrations, and “special rings” that help children through the most challenging part of tying their shoes, the “bunny ears”… and of course a “Look, I can tie my own shoes!” success sticker.

How Does it Work?

When children are making a “bunny ear” they need two hands to make one. After they make the first “bunny ear”, they tend to let go to make the second “bunny ear”. The “special rings” help to hold the bunny ears together.

Who Will Use This Kit?
  • Super teaching device for parents, teachers and daycare providers.
  • Awesome for pre-K through 2nd grade.
  • Excellent for children with fine-motor difficulties.
  • Wonderful for children with special needs, who gain confidence and lose frustration.
  • Great for all kids who need a little extra help.

What is in One, Two, Tie My Shoe?

“Special Rings” in white and a variety of other colors, to help with the “bunny ears”. Step by step instructions (both English and Spanish) with easy-to-follow illustrations. A “Look, I can tie my own shoes!” success sticker.

  1. After the child makes the bunny ears, the special rings hold them together. I really need one of these kits for my daughter. At 7.95, it would be worth it.

  6. Children can leave the “special rings” on their shoes for decoration. Or the “special rings” can be removed. Either way, the shoelaces will stay tied.

  15. These are so neat! My daughter is learning to tie her shoes right now and it isn't going very well. It is for the same reason on the website they mention - she has a hard time creating that second bunny hear. I watched the video and the little girl in it was able to tie her shoes so quickly.

  33. One thing I learned on their website was that the child can either leave the special ring on or remove it. Either way the shoe stays tied. This would be great to teach my five year old to tie her shoes.
