First of all, it's made from lead-free ceramic with organic polymer inks. Huge bonus points there. Second, it holds a considerate amount of coffee or tea. I enjoy a nice larger sized mug in the morning. However, it's not so big that it's cumbersome to carry. It fits nicely in my hand and is sized just right. This microwave and dishwasher safe mug would be a wonderful surprise for the funky monkey in your life!
