Claim Jumper: Delicious pies for the holidays

The original Claim Jumpers flourished in the rich gold and silver mining territories of the Wild West more than a century ago. In 1977 we opened our first Claim Jumper Restaurant with a recipe for success we think is as foolproof as it is simple: great traditional American food served in generous portions, friendly service and a clean and comfortable environment. Today Claim Jumper is one of the fastest growing restaurant operations in the country, with locations in California, Colorado, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Illinois, Oregon and Wisconsin. Our delicious frozen appetizers, pot pies, dinners, family meals and deserts include both our traditional Western favorites and a variety of classic American recipes. Rest assured, all of our recipes still call for only the finest ingredients prepared with care.

As always, we look forward to hearing from you and tell us your story, where you purchased the products and what you love about the Claim Jumper Retail products. We would also appreciate your comments and always take them seriously so we may improve our products.

If you've never tried Claim Jumper before, you're missing out on a delicious opportunity! This fabulous company was kind enough to allow me to review some of their products.

With the holidays fast approaching, I'm sure pies are in the picture. While homemade pies taste amazing, let's admit it, they take an enormous amount of time to prepare. Who wants to be a slave to the kitchen when you can thaw and serve a yummy pie from Claim Jumper! No cooking required! Now you can spend more time with the family and less time in the kitchen.

My entire family was very impressed with their line of pies. We all really enjoyed their Chocolate Silk Pie. The chocolate cookie crust was great. Just thaw, serve and enjoy. It's that easy.

Their Banana Cream Pie was an instant favorite with all. Banana cream is my favorite and this was absolutely heavenly.

Their Dutch Apple was divine. I loved the delicious crumb topping that we added at just the right time during baking. This pie does require oven time, but no prep. Just pop it in, cook and enjoy. The hard work is already done for you.

I'm not a big fan of Lemon Meringue, but this was nice for a change. It was very tart, but that's what you can expect from a lemon meringue. It had a nice texture and flaky crust.

Like what you see? Claim Jumper offers many other varieties to choose from - pumpkin, coconut cream, blackberry, peach, fruit cobblers...the list goes on.

Looking for hearty meals? Claim Jumper has great dinners, pot pies, family meals and appetizers to choose from.

Claim Jumper Pies and Meals are available in the frozen food section. Head over in that direction the next time you're at the grocery store to make your next holiday a hit with Claim Jumper!
