Piggy Paint

Like all moms, I want what is best for my daughter. I make sure she eats well, gets enough rest, and so on. I also make sure the things that go into her mouth won't harm her. That is why I've never let her wear fingernail polish. I always felt it wasn't the safest thing to ingest! Nail polish chips and I didn't want that going into her body. She has only been lucky enough to get her toes painted, but now she's one happy little girl thanks to Piggy Paint!



Piggy Paint sent me their Girls Rule nail polish and it's fabulous! Odorless, non-toxic, hyperallergenic, and water-based - whoo hoo! Sign me up! I am now a customer for life! They offer the coolest colors and also have a kid-friendly nail polish remover.

Call me crazy, but I also don't wear nail polish because I'm pretty paranoid when it comes to my own health. I'm even going to try Piggy Paint. Why not? It's an amazing product and I'm thrilled to help spread the word! It dried fast and was nice and smooth when applied.

  23. It was started by a mom of two girls who didn't want them eating the nailpolish off their little piggies because of the chemicals, and really who could blame her! I hope I win! My girls are both thumb suckers and I hate it when their nails are painted because I know that nail polish is going right into their little bodies!!!

  29. "One day while we were painting nails over a foam plate, my daughter dropped a glob of her solvent-based polish onto the plate. Shortly after, the paint began to bubble and “ate” through the plate. I looked in dismay at the hole in the plate and decided to test all of her other “kid” polishes on the foam. Within minutes, ALL of the solvent-based polishes began to bubble and eventually left big holes in the plate. From that day on, I decided that any flammable substance that could eat through foam was unacceptable for my children’s fingernails, which would inevitably end up in their mouths."
